News From the POA BoardOur next public board meeting will be held on Monday, November 12th, at 6:30pm at the Ranch House. We also have it on good authority that the bridge on the meadow is very near completion - be on the lookout for information on the ribbon cutting.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Your yearly POA dues can now be paid online (or by check) effective November 1, 2018. These changes will make it easier for you to securely pay your dues and for us to have an accurate accounting of those payments. Our accountants at The Tax Place need each Ransom Canyon property owner's most current contact information so that they can email you your invoice. For those of you that complete this paperwork and submit it to The Tax Place prior to January 1, 2019, we will discount your POA dues by 10% for this one year. This special offer expires at at midnight on New Year's Eve. If you need help with this process, please do not hesitate to contact us.If you would like to use the Ranch House for your city or POA focussed meeting, please contact our Events Coordinators, Heidi and Marti, to make arrangements and to check our availability schedule. We have many standing reservations: the POA board meeting, card players, Ladies Luncheon and weekend events but would be happy to work you in.
